Undergraduate
The WVU Division of Theatre and Dance offers an intensive training program for students who possess outstanding passion, talent, and dedication to their personal artistic growth and development.
During the four-year undergraduate course of study, majors may earn a BFA in Acting, Design & Technology, Puppetry & Creative Dramatics, or a BA Theatre Studies. Students may also minor in theatre or dance. Each area of emphasis provides a well-rounded knowledge of the art as well as an opportunity to specialize. The Division of Theatre and Dance also features a rigorous graduate program offering a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting, Scene Design, Costume Design, or Lighting Design.
All programs in the Division of Theatre and Dance are fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre.
